Hi, I'm trying to embed a PDF into a Confluence page.

I open the PDF macro, and when it asks me to select an attachment, there's nothing there. I expect the file to show up in the File Name * field, but instead I see the line "no appropriate attachments."

I have the PDF in my Downloads folder, but Confluence doesn't see it. How can I get the PDF macro to find my pdf file? Thanks!

Hi @Neil Orint ,

I think you're supposed to upload the pdf as an attachment to the page you want to add the PDF macro to and then add the PDF macro to the page.

Hi @Neil Orint ,

Confluence page containing the attached .pdf file. If not specified, the current page is assumed.

Please confirm under which page the PDF attachment is stored, and enter the Page Name to match the correct path.
