Hi,

I am using Plans to visualise customer requirements, focusing specifically on;

"Requested release date" (as a quarter)

"Release date" (as a quarter)

So far this is good, however;

• Labels is not updating "FROM jira" - i.e. I have created x2 new labels in jira directly but they are not presenting in the labels field in my plan
• I would like to have an option in my plan where we do not have a time or quarter when this will be delivered as it is underinvestigation, i.e I want to ammend "Release date" to include Future. 

One other thing, I am trying also do represent this on a dashboard, but there is no URL for sharing my dashboard? how can i share it?

Hi @Mary Lyons ,

Just to confirm, we're talking about Jira Plans functionality (ex., Advanced Roadmaps)? As for these fields, you mention that data is stored as quarters and not as specific dates? As fast as I know, only JPD fields support this format.

If it's possible, can you maybe share a screenshot of the plan (can be just a mock) just to understand what you're referring to?
Just a note that this is a public forum, so please take that into consideration when sharing private or sensitive information.
