Page properties report does not paginate

I have a Page properties report I am using to list requirements (created using requirements template). There are two problems:

1) I am limited to 30 items being shows even when I increase the number of rows to display in the macro settings.

2) When I click on Next to show a second page of items, Confluence shows the header row but no items. When I click Prev, instead of returning to previous page, again I get headings but no items.
