I've set up Space 1, Space 2, and Space 3.
I need to display a page properties report in Space 1 that captures and displays info from Space 1, Space 2 and Space 3.
When I set the Page Properties Report up to capture info from pages within the same space, it displays as expected, but when I set it up to capture the same info from Space 2 and Space 3, no data is being displayed . For Spaces , I have mentioned- Current space, Space 2, Space 3... The labels are the same in all three spaces
Can anyone help please
Thanks Tom
It finally worked . Somehow the spaces from where I was trying to get the data had been archived. So after changing the status of the Space to "current", the data started getting displayed .
Thanks once again

Hi @Sharmila ,
I've just tested this and it works as expected. One thing worth noticing though is that the display of pages within the page properties report macro takes a while to load. For example, I've created pages within different spaces with the same labels and page properties macro and it took around 3-4 minutes for those to be visible within the 'main' page with Page Properties Report macro.
Can you confirm you still cannot see items within Page Properties Report macro?
Apart from the Community, you can also reach out to Atlassian Support and let them know about the problem you're experiencing as they can also get into your site (if access is approved by your side) and test out this scenario as well.
Cheers,
Tom

Hmm 🤔
Might be worth trying to delete Page Properties Report macro altogether, re-add labels on each page and then recreate the page with Page Properties Report macro.
Apart from that, I would probably suggest reaching out to the Support team and granting them access to your site so they can check it out. If you do so, and if you manage to find a solution, please feel free to share it here.
