I have created a project tracking hub that uses the page properties macro with an embedded to feed project information to a parent page that contains the page properties report macro. The page properties report macro pulls from pages with a certain tag. The parent page has the create from template button and the template has the tag the page properties report pulls.
Everything was working as planned, until I made an update to the template. Now, no new projects are added to the page properties report macro. If I delete pages that were already included in the page properties report, they still show up.
I tried to just recreate everything from scratch. New parent page, new templates, new tag. However, when testing I cannot get the new page properties report to recognize the new tag. The only tag recognized is the old one, which is still showing deleted pages.
Is there any way to fix this and prevent it from happening moving forward?
Hi @Alex Wojewodzic - It looks like an indexing issue to me.
You need to raise a support ticket with Atlassian https://support.atlassian.com/ to kick start the content indexing for you and the reason why you need it which is your business problem.
Regards,
Raja
This happens all the time. It's really annoying to have to put in a support ticket.
