This is quite an open question, are you able to give me a little more background into your teams' working practices and how you do/wish to use Jira and Confluence?

We have multiple brands with our client. The developers and testers are working on the client sites and they will log the bugs depending upon the errors while they working on the sites. We have a teams in both offshore and onshore who are going to be work on Jira and confluence.
