PlantUML plugin can't use

Normally I write PlantUML using this plugin, but today it suddenly doesn't work (old diagrams can still be displayed, but new ones can't be written anymore). I don't know what happened, please help me.

We believe there's a caching issue. Could you delete the browser cache and try again?
