I'd like to know how my job title is updated. Does it pull from a file, Workday, or another source?

This really depends on how your instance is setup.  It would be best to contact your Administrator and ask them where it is pulling the information from.

@Bridgett Blount I am assuming that you work at a large organization.  I would suggest talking to your enterprise IT group and finding out that way.
