Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×I want to turn on public links for one of my spaces but when I go to site settings -> global permissions, there is no where for me to turn on public links. I saw in the community before someone had to open a ticket with the atlassian team to fix this but I can't find where to create such a help ticket, would love to hear about solutions or if someone from the atlassian team could turn this on for my org. I am org admin btw
@Ties Van der Linden Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
According to this weeks release notes (https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/blog/2023/09/atlassian-cloud-changes-sep-4-to-sep-11-2023#AtlassianCloudchangesSep4toSep11,2023-confluence), public links are not yet available to all Cloud users, but should be rolled out this year along with a new feature to be able to toggle them on/off for an individual space, rather than your entire site.
Thank you Barbara, is there a way to get notified (to your knowledge) when this is available to all users or do I need to continuously check the release notes? Thanks!

I saw this today because I signed up to get an email with release notes. There may be a related Jira ticket that you could watch for updates. You can search in the Confluence Cloud Jira project here: https://jira.atlassian.com/issues/?filter=115463
