Hello,
I'm using the REST api to post content to a page. The content is actually an html page.
For the style part, I added the needed style in the Space custom style. The problem that I have is related to table of contents. The page is actually a word document converted to html. Everything works ok when I open the file locally, but when I post it on Confluence, the ids of the anchors are removed and the links from contents table are not working.
I have to add manually a name attribute to anchors with the same value as the ids, in order for them to work. But that's not ideal.
What's happening when confluence receives an html content? does it do some kind of parsing on it? What should I pay attention to?
How can I solve the anchor ids issue?
Thanks,
Daniel
not a solution but I have exactly the same problem.
I am uploading a single page
All my links link only to anchors on the page
all my anchors are replaced with plain text and all my links are marked as nofollow
