Hello Confluence Community,
We are experiencing a strange issue in our Confluence setup using ConfiForms.
On some pages, instead of the expected field value, a random combination of letters and numbers is displayed.
The field is filled correctly in the form data.
In some views (e.g., admin view), the correct value is shown.
But in certain pages, exports, printouts, we see only a random alphanumeric string.
Has anyone else experienced this behavior with ConfiForms?
Could this be related to a configuration issue, or is it a known bug that requires an update?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Peiman
Could you share an example? Are you talking about values from ConfiForms smart fields (showing UUIDs instead of values)?
Alex
On the web, it shows correctly as:
Fund Number: 5450008 (EnviRobotics)
However, when I press Ctrl+P to print as pdf, it shows as:
Fund Number: CBD00FSB-A9CE-45DA-AC29-0717E7138883

Could you share how this page is build/configured?
Also, what version of ConfiForms are you using - is it on cloud (as tagged in the question) or a data center?

It is Confluence 9.2.7 and ConfiForms version is 3.17.2 . We are using cloud. We have problem on one of the ‘ConfiForms Field’ Macro.

Confluence 9.2.7 is not a cloud version of Confluence
Anyway, try updating the ConfiForms plugin to most recent version (3.19.1 at this moment)
