<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?><status><status-code>401</status-code><message>Request rejected because issuer is either not authorized or not authorized to impersonate</message></status>

While running a pipeline in Jenkin getting above error, on finding more seems the issue with api connectivity with token.

Hi @Arpita_VinodArgulwar

The error message indicates that the request has been rejected because the issuer is not authorized or not authorized to impersonate. This error is related to the authentication and authorization process of the API.

To troubleshoot the issue, you can try the following steps:

  • Verify that the token you are using is valid and has the necessary permissions to perform the operation.
  • Check if the token has expired, and if so, generate a new token.
  • Ensure that the API endpoint is correct and accessible from the Jenkins instance.
  • Check if any firewall or network restrictions are blocking the API requests.
  • Check if any updates or changes were made to the API, which could be causing the issue.

If nothing works, please share more information about the REST API Call.

Regards, Dominic
