401 error when editing Gliffy diagrams

• I am trying to edit a page in Confluence that has a bunch of Gliffy diagrams in it. 

• The page can be edited, but when I try to edit the diagrams themselves, the screen simply displays "401". 

• When I try and edit the diagrams through the "view attachments" menu, I get the message "Add-on Gliffy Diagrams for Confluence Cloud is not responding." 

• I don't know what causes this but I can reproduce it on my coworkers' computers too.

We followed up with Atlassian and they have indicated here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-45614 that the fix for the issue will be automatically applied during your next maintenance window within the next 24 hours.

If you have a more immediate need, please raise a ticket at support.atlassian.com with a reference to http://status.atlassian.com/incidents/3hzqdpjrggrq.

Their teams can implement the fix with an immediate 15 minute maintenance window with acknowledgment from a technical contact from your site.
