Atlassian has confirmed it is most likely an issue on their end, and we are work actively with them to resolve it.
Can you please update that ticket with your Base URL of your Confluence instance?

I am trying to edit a page in Confluence that has a bunch of Gliffy diagrams in it.
The page can be edited, but when I try to edit the diagrams themselves, the screen simply displays "401".
When I try and edit the diagrams through the "view attachments" menu, I get the message "Add-on Gliffy Diagrams for Confluence Cloud is not responding."
I don't know what causes this but I can reproduce it on my coworkers' computers too.
