Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×I'm sure I'm missing something here but I have a Space created for human resources conversations. Within that space, there is a page for each employee which is restricted to the employee, manager and exec.
We had an issue when someone inadvertently created a new page at the top of the page tree with restrictions, which changed the permissions and removed access to all other users for their pages.
I'm the admin on the system and need to restore the permissions and give access to people to their pages again. Is this possible?
I'm getting an error when I request access (Access request unsuccessful, request not sent). And I can't seem to find another way that I can gain access.
Issue was caused by a bug in Confluence which is now resolved: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-71045

Thank you for the response on this one. The issue was a bug in the system (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-71045) which limited the admins view of pages and access to remove restrictions on it. The bug has now been resolved and I'm up and running. Thanks again for the response!
