As Confluence admin, is there a way to view restricted pages?

An employee recently left the company and I know there are pages that he restricted the viewing of. Is there a way -as an administrator- to see the restricted pages? I'd like to reassign the restricted list to someone else.

A space admin can view restricted pages and remove the restrictions.
