Attachment Character '&' no longer allowed?

Hey all, 

I've just found an issue with an email template attached to a Confluence page I uploaded this earlier this month, 07.09.2016 to be exact, and was able to download the attachment without error. This morning I was advised that the files were corrupt.

I had the attachment filename was "New Staff Details - BS&T and Employee Administration - 07.09.2016.oft", when downloading the file I would get "New Staff Details - BS" downloaded. I've tested removing the & character and this has fixed up this page however I'm worried that there are likely other disallowed characters or attachments with & already in the name that I'm going to have to track down.

If this is due to a recent update are you aware of the issue and is it going to be fixed up?
