I'm the administrator of my space so I should have all the authorization that I need to edit Space CSS.
According to the tutorial I'm suppose to "Go to the space and choose Space tools > Look and Feel from the bottom of the sidebar", but I don't have the same result.

Are you using the Confluence Cloud option or is your system hosted in premise?

I'm on the cloud so I guess I'm stick with the flat cloud CSS or will have to purchase something on the marketplace. I'm going to see that.
