Confluence Admin not having access to all pages

TJ Shanahan July 28, 2014

Is it possible to restrict individual Confluence pages in a way that Confluence Administrators do not have access to it?

Thanks,

TJ

I think so. You need to update:

  1. Confluence Administration>Space Permissions>Default space permissions and uncheck administrators group
  2. And Space administration>Permissions for individual permissions

However, note that as a Confluence user you cannot just restrict a page for a confluence admin for access if you do not update above.

You can do that either in Confluence administration right under global permissions or from the Space directly. See the screenshots.
