Confluence Invite user is forbidden

Hi,

I'm trying to invite new user to confluence but I get access denied error. I have confluence administration role.

Have you set up a SMTP server to send emails from Confluence? You will not be able to invite users without configuring one.

Thank you for answer, I'm changing my question. How can I create an account for our new colleague? I can't see any link add new user etc. under confluence administration -> users & security.

Just "Invite your colleagues" under dashboard.

I also have this problem. There's no link or button "Invite your colleagues". No clue why I don't have this option – I'm also an admin.
