Hi, I am experiencing confluence issues where it doesn't autosave the changes made, specially on an unpublished page and I have been told that having browser extensions might interfere with confluence microservices.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Hi @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ : I can see that it's definitely more consistent with autosaving in the incognito mode. The thing is it's very tricky to replicate this issue as it doesn't occur every time. For me 4 out of 10 times I have seen issues with auto-saving on chrome.
I am not sure if anyone else from checkout is having similar issues.
P.S: I am on mac.
Hi @Justin Thomas and welcome to the community,
So far no incident has been reported on https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/
If you try the same operation on an incognito window on chrome, does autosave works normally? What about if you try from a different browser? Is it just you who is having the issue, or other colleagues as well?

If this is more consistent on chrome, what I would suspect is that auto-saving could need some sort of cookies to get this thing working. If the incognito denies and session cookies, then this could be the problem. From a search I did, I couldn't find any open bug concerning auto-saving. But again I have to ask if you are experiencing this issue only with chrome. Does autosaving works correctly with other browsers?

So maybe the problem is only located on incognito mode on Chrome. In that case, yu can report directly to Atlassian the bug you find (https://support.atlassian.com/contact) and they will raise a bug request on their public project. But don't expect this issue to be fixed quickly.
