Confluence whiteboard doesn't sync

Hi,

As a team we tried out the new whiteboard. One user created the whiteboard and the others then went there via a link.

Everything worked fine during the meeting. Everyone could see the changes made by others and also observe live where the others were with their mouse cursor.

However, after a few days we noticed that changes after this meeting, made by individual users were only visible to the respective user.

Even sharing the link to the whiteboard again only showed the personal status and not the status of the user who shared the link.

How can the whiteboard kept in sync?

Because if the whiteboard behaves differently afterwards and everyone has their own view, then it is useless for us.
