I can't start using Confluence. How can I fix it????

Your screenshot error means, you are attempting to add Confluence to the Atlassian site does not have the necessary permissions to do so. The system requires a user with at least Site Admin privileges to add new products.

1. You need to find out who the Site Administrator is for your organization's Atlassian account.
2. Please ask your site admin to grant you the necessary permissions.
3. If you are the only user and believe you should be the administrator, then there might be an issue during the initial sign-up process. In this case, you will need to contact Atlassian Support directly.

Well I am the only user.

I can't submit a ticket it always send me to this community page.
