Does draw.io free account have limit for maximum number of diagrams per user?

Hello, one of our employees has encountered with error "reached the diagram limit (100) with free account". I`m looking for details on the official draw io or confluence pages, but no luck so far.

there is a limit of 100 diagrams for the unlicensed version so the error your employee encountered is correct. You can delete older diagrams and you will be able to create new ones. 

If you need more diagrams you can switch over to the paid version where you will receive access to an unlimited amount.
