Export a list of users on Atlassian Cloud

I have a cloud Atlassian instance and I'd like to purge users who are no longer with the company. I have a list of employees that I'd like to compare to the list in Atlassian. Ideally I'd export those lists of users. I've already searched and found several options using CLI, SQL, and other plug-ins - most or all of which only would work on a server instance or require me to purchase a plug-in. This issue that would have allowed for that was recently updated to say that Atlassian doesn't "have any plans to support this in JIRA for the foreseeable future." : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-23783.

I'm wondering if anyone has a suggestion that would work on cloud without me having to install another plugin.
