First-Time User Set-Up & Support

Hello,

We are an early-stage small business looking to get set up on Atlassian. We are looking for someone who would be willing to work with us via phone and remote sessions to get us up and running, properly configured, share best practices, etc. Is there a list of providers or users here who might be interested? Should only be a couple hours of work (it would be paid of course.)

Hi Brendan,

You can reach out to Atlassian Support via https://support.atlassian.com if you are encountering any installation or other configuration related issues. It would help to have debug logs from your failed attempt at an installation/configuration when lodging a support ticket. Atlassian Support can then review and suggest the best course of action from there. Please note that not all type of issues are best resolved via a remote session as it might need Atlassian Support to go back and investigate the logs before responding.
