Hide or redirect page title on Confluence Cloud?

Hello, does anyone know if there's a way to either hide the page title at the top of a Confluence Cloud page (the title that links back to the same page) or disable/redirect the link? We are using the External Share for Confluence app to provide external users with direct links to our pages, but clicking the title brings them back to Confluence (where they are then asked to log in). We are open to using custom CSS or a free/paid app to do this. Thanks!

This is not possible in Confluence Cloud.
