How can you allow all people to view a space but only a certain person is able to edit it?

Sorry if this a question that has already been answered. How can you allow all people to view the space but not edit as we don't want all staff to edit it but there doesn't seem to be a clear option for how to do this.

Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.

The best way to address this would be is to have groups dedicated to different teams. Then assign space permission to the groups as per your requirements.

For the interest of time, I am using a reference image from the server, it would look somewhat similar on the cloud. :)
