How do I hide "Spaces" and "Browse" in an Anonymous accessed space?

Scott McWilliams December 10, 2013

I am putting my company's release notes in a documentation space in my On Demand account. I have it set up so people can see it anonymously, but I don't want them to see the Spaces or Browse dropdowns at the top. Is there a way to disable those?

Hi Scott,

You can hide spaces by aplying permissions but if you want anonymous users to see the Spaces' content but not browse them, then I am afraid this can't be done on OnDemand.

Thanks Mauro. I was able to hide things for now. What I'd really like is to be able to completely kill the "Spaces" and "Browse" dropdown as they lead to no useful content (for anonymous users) and can only lead to confusion. At least I was able to hide everything.
