How does the site admin grant user access if the site admin is atlassian folk? I am an administrator but not the site admin. hlep pleasee
Hi Kara,
As a site-admin in OnDemand you are able to grant users access to JIRA and Confluence from the user management screen.
However, it sounds like you might be experiencing the bug outlined here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AOD-6992.
I'd suggest raising a support request at http://support.atlassian.com/so that we can resolve this for you.
Cheers!
Mel
I am in User Management granting access to Confluence to exisisting Jira Users and creating new users. It isn't granting them access.
