I have takeb backup, however when I import it is not successfull
Hi @Kruti Parikh ,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!
Are you trying to import the entire site XML backup ? or single Exported space.
If you are trying to import entire site backup then it won't import instead I would recommend you to export each space one by one and import space one by one.
Regards,
Mayur

Hi @Kruti Parikh ,
Please follow the below steps to export space one by one from Confluence.
Select Space Settings from the sidebar.
Select Export space from the Manage space card.
Select XML, then select Next.
Select either a normal or custom export for HTML or PDF, or a Full or Custom XML export (
Full Export (XML) – to produce a CSV or XML file containing all the pages in the space, including those that you don't have permission to view.
Select Export.
When the export process has finished, you can download the exported file. Once it is downloaded go to another confluence site and follow below steps to import it.
You can follow the Atlassian Official Documentation - https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/import-a-confluence-cloud-space/
Note: Please make sure that the space you are trying to import should have unique key and that is not used in your destination site.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Mayur
