Hi everyone,

I recently received an email from info@e.atlassian.com regarding Rovo AI powered apps and their integration with Atlassian products. The email looks professionally crafted and includes links to Atlassian domains, but I wanted to double-check its authenticity before sharing it internally or taking any action.

  • The sender address is: info@e.atlassian.com
  • Subject relates to: Rovo AI powered apps
  • Content includes: product updates, feature highlights, and links to Atlassian resources

Can anyone from Atlassian or the community confirm whether this email address is officially used by Atlassian for marketing or product communication?

Also, is e.atlassian.com a trusted subdomain used by Atlassian for campaigns or newsletters?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi @Niklas Niemeyer ,

Yeah, info@e.atlassian.com is legit. From that email, you'll mostly receive things like product news or release notes (if you're subscribed).

However, if something seems off, proceed with caution. ⚠️

Btw, most subscriptions to these marketing emails can be configured here: Email and Privacy Preferences (login with your Atlassian account if needed).

Cheers,
Tobi

Ki @Niklas Niemeyer  I’m not aware of any official Atlassian documentation confirming that info@e.atlassian.comis a genuine Atlassian email address.

However:

  • Multiple community users have reported that info@e.atlassian.com appears in legitimate Atlassian marketing emails.

  • Still, use caution: phishing attempts sometimes use fake subdomains that mimic legitimate ones.

  • The safest approach is to verify links in the email (e.g. do they point to actual Atlassian domains) and, if in doubt, contact Atlassian support directly to ask about that sender.
