Is it possible to set space PDF export open for everyone?

Hi, as the title asks, is it possible to set the space export option available to everyone who goes to the space link? I noticed that anyone (not logged in) can export individual .pdfs of individual pages, but not the whole document. Is there a way to open that feature to the public not logged in without unlocking other features?

any solutions that might work for the cloud version of confluence?

Looks like that's only available for the server version of confluence, not the cloud.
