Jira/Confluence Cloud integration with Okta - Atlassian Access required?

When we go to Jira/Confluence Cloud next year, do we need Atlassian Access to integrate Okta authentication with those Atlassian products or can we integrate with Okta without Access?

Atlassian Access is required in order to integrate Atlassian Products (JIRA/Confluence...) with Okta or any other supported IDP.
