Lost header bar in Confluence

I'm assuming I've changed something by accident in the user setup. In Confluence (OnDemand) I can no longer see the header bar that has the search field in it and links to create a new project, page etc.

Where should I be looking to correct this?

I contacted support. They had to restart our OnDemand instance as it was missing something or other. Now resolved.

Did you accidentally change the background of the bar and the fonts to white?

If you have added any custom HTML, make sure you have properly closed all your tags. Did you add a banner or anything that might not be properly formated HTML?
