I've been able to migrate a few spaces, but I have one space. My largest space that keeps erroring out. It is about 750 pages, and 1GB in attachments.
I get this error
Import to cloud failed. Message: com.atlassian.confluence.importexport.ImportExportException: Unable to complete import: Error while importing backup: Failed to call to IDP to invite user
The space gets created, the pages are there, no attachments are there though.
I select the single space, with no users. We have a lot of users that are customers that do not need to be imported into the cloud.
My attachments are on a mounted S3 bucket. Attachments in other spaces works.
System is Ubuntu 14.04
I have a full system backup every night. Is there a way to take that backup and use it to import.
Hey Kade,
I think that this space migration is affected by this bug https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFDEV-62694.
It will really help if you can please provide us with a backup and we'll try to import it from our side, a full backup is good, also, you can provide us with a space export, you can generate this anytime by checking these steps:
For detailed instructions, please refer to Export Content to Word, PDF, HTML and XML.
I wanted to raise a support case for you, but I've noticed you have already raised one, can you please upload this backup to https://transfer.atlassian.com/ for the case id that you have opened and we will check it?
Cheers,

Hey @Kade Price ,
As an update, I have noticed that if we check the users that have an invalid format, or duplicate email address in the plugin plan pre-checks, this error will be resolved.
The reason behind is that even if you uncheck to migrate users, the plan will add users accounts for emails that can be identified in the space exports, in order to map the Confluence Content. The users added in this step will not count against your license as will not have product access, but if the email addresses are invalid or duplicate the plan might fail with this error Failed to call to IDP to invite user.
Cheers,
Ramona
