I recall that this miss behaviour happens sometimes when you are using a specific browser (IE/FF/Chrome/Safari), try using a different browser and see if the issue persists.
If it does, then raise a support case at https://support.atlassian.com so one of atlassian Cloud engineers can take a look on that for you.

Same problem here with IE 11 and Confluence for Server. FF works fine.
