No options when importing a Word Document

When I create a new page and import a word document, I do not get the import options.   It creates a page OK, using default settings, I'm assuming.

I have the same issue. According to this page https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/import-content-into-confluence-cloud/ it should not happen.

Is there anything we can do to solve this? Maybe move to the legacy editor?
