We are using Jira and Confluence OnDemand.
I want to add a link to a Jira Issue in a Confluence document - a fundamental reason for choose to use Confluence. I go to Add Macro, Jira Issue and get a No Macro Metadata error, followed by a Not Permitted screen.
This seems to happen quite a lot, but sometimes it works and I have managed to add issues successfully. I am unable to fathom whether I'm doing something wrong or this is a bug.
Hi Andrew,
I'm suspecting that this could be related to this bug - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-30251
As you can see in the bug report - "Workbox plugins being disabled can also stop the JIRA Issue macro from working."
Please raise a support ticket at support.atlassian.com for further investigation.
Cheers,
Fahd
Fixed thanks.
