Has anyone else encountered this?
When displaying Jira links as part of a Page Properties Report macro only some of them display as a lozenge style, while others show the URL. (see below)
I want them all to be in the lozenge style (showing their current status), but can't work out what is causing some to work and others not.
Any ideas?

Are you using the jira macro to insert them or just copy/pasting the issue url?

Mainly copy/paste, but I do know that the macro ones are only displaying as URL, but I seriously doubt all copy/paste are showing up as lozenge

Actually, using the Jira macro does! solve it...people were using the link macro instead

Hurray! Mystery solved!
I was scratching my head on that cause I knew there was a display as url option, but I kept thinking it allowed for it the Jira macro and couldn't find it. Hazards of doing this across old versions. :D

Hi @Kimberly Deal _Columbus ACE_ , this issue still persists. I've applied the /jira macro in the property detail page, and the issue is fixed. However, on the next edit and publish event of the page, the link is lost again (is like cloud Confluence, converts the jira macro to link, after saving the page).
This is impacting our reports?

We have the same problem as @nicolas_kesten
Is there already a bug created for this behavior which we could upvote?
It is extremely annoying to repeatedly re-insert Jira macro with the needed key after each edit of the confluence page so that Report Macro shows status of the jira issue!!

Also having this issue, did you find a new solution to the "lost on edit" problem?

Same problem with jira macros after editing the page. Confluence Cloud 1000.0.0-37f1bad9b958

I'm still running into the "lost on edit" problem. Is the "Confluence Cloud 1000.0.0-37f1bad9b958" notation a bug report that I can upvote? I tried searching for it but didn't come up with anything useful

Hi, I also have this issue, the Jira Issue macro displays fine inside the Page Properties macro, but the Jira Issue fails to display properly inside the Page Properties Report macro. I either get a 'Getting issue details ...' spinning wheel that spins forever, or I get a basic URL to the ticket. Neither of these are useful because we rely on the Page Properties Report to see the Status of the Jira issues.
This is on Confluence Cloud. Here is a bug ticket [CONFCLOUD-72229] Jira issue status not updated in the page property macro - stuck on spinner - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.
And another https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-71752
The workaround I currently use is to go into edit mode on the page with the Page Properties Report and then Publish without notifying watchers - not great :(
Atlassian - please fix this asap!

Has this issue been resolved? it is very annoying to insert the Jira macro every time

Also wanting the answer @nicolas_kesten describes.
Edited to add - found the logged bug here. Go up vote https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-71166
