We are using Confluence Cloud and would like to limit the ability to easily Export to PDF or Word for a security group we have configured. I understand the ability to restrict an entire Space is available via Space Permissions, but you can only amend Add or Delete permissions for Pages in this interface.
Can this menu be customised in the Cloud version removing the items struckthrough?
Hello All,
We have a feature in Beta that will allow Org Admins of Confluence Cloud to block pdf export from particular instances. It will be available for customers with an active Access Subscription. If you are interested in being part of the Early Access Program please email me at bmagro@atlassian.com

Hello there Tom!
Currently, for the users to export their pages they only need view permission. To keep users from exporting the pages to PDF they should be removed from the view permission.
We have this information here:
Normal Export (HTML and PDF) – to produce an HTML file containing all the pages that you have permission to view.
You can find the origin of this excerpt here:
Export Content to Word, PDF, HTML and XML - To export pages to HTML, XML, or PDF

Thanks for your reply, however these are shared Pages and if your remove the View permissions from them, our team can no longer see the page at all.
Are additional granular permissions for pages going to be made available on a future release?

Hi Tom! Currently, there is no roadmap that we could share about the inclusion of this feature in Confluence Cloud. However, there is a Feature Request reported here:
CONFCLOUD-57587 | Ability to restrict page export permissions from specific users or groups
As of today, the best course of action would be to Vote and Watch the request. Voting will increase the visibility and watching will keep you up to date with everything posted there.
