Hello Team,
We had a client request to change our full names with the company domain, and while trying to do this, we encountered an error stating that this is completely managed by the admin and that the local IT didn't have access to the site as it is a client tool. Would you be able to support us with this?
If an account is a managed account, then it seems you have SSO enabbled with the Atlassian instance.
If this is the case, it's probably linked with your companies Azure or Okta, this tool provides the full name
You need to find out who in your company manages the Atlassian Cloud instance (Jira, Confluence etc...), they can check this.
Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself, not (necessarily) employees of Atlassian. We don't have access to your environment.

@heba_ibrahim Trying to understand your setup—are you saying that the client has added you as users in their Confluence site and want you to change how your names are displayed there? In this case, you might need to find out the client's Admin to make the changes.
To locate the Confluence Admin:

the problem is that we don't know who is the admin.

Hi @heba_ibrahim ,
The first step is to find out who is your Confluence admin. Contact them first. If they can't solve the problem, contact Atlassian support.
