Hello,
We are currently looking to see if we can publish articles from Confluence into Salesforce, these will be used internally by our service desk, send to customers as knowledge articles and also be searchable on our customer portal.
At the moment we need to download them as PDF and send them, and they are not viewable by customers in the portal.
I have seen a few connectors in the app store and wondered if anyone had experience of these (good or bad).
