All my content is missing from Confluence except one space. How do I contact someone to find my spaces and content and get it back?

welcome to the Atlassian community.
Do you have admin permissions for your cloud instance? One thing that i think of is that someone with admin permissions might have revoked your access to certain spaces.
If in doubt you could also reach out to the support team https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/
