Am I able to add a numerical column to action items?

There is a check box, next to the check box I would like to an incrementally increasing numerical value so I can view the number of action items as they increase.

As I understand, you need to automatically number an action list to easily keep track of the number of created actions.

Currently, adding a numbered list to an action list is not possible. Some time ago, this has been suggested within our reports but its implementation was not approved. You can check the report here:

We can either manually add numbers to each line of use the numbered row feature of table to automatically work as a numbering tool.

Please, keep in mind that adding new actions will need to be manually added just like the rows. Here is what it looks like:

Thank you for your reply.

As I aim to make the experience fluid and intuitive for all users, as I'm sure you can appreciate, the table is cumbersome for the task and not in line with what I am trying to achieve.

Is there a possibility to raise the implementation for reconsideration?
