As @Kishan Sharma already wrote, you need to create application links between jira and those 2 cloud confluences. Just to clarify - the proper link with documentation is this (the one provided before was for Server)

Would it work if it is hypothetically speaking, that confluence cloud instance A gets connected to confluence cloud instance B - JIRA, meaning by jotting down the issues in confluence cloud instance A and have it (right-clicked) and file the issues into confluence cloud instance B under a particular epic for example?
