When we want to edit an article in Confluence, the edit screen loads, but it does not result in success and the screen does not open.
How we can solve this problem?

There's currently an active incident where users are unable to create and edit confluence pages that is impacting all the Confluence cloud customers. Atlassian will provide more details within the next hour.

I have the same issue. However, the Atlassian status page does not seem to indicate any outage/performance issue..
