Can't add user to space

You need to type in actual username, not the ID

Make sure they are not deactivated or suspended from the site

Can you make sure they are listed in the user management and they are not greyed out

Help me with screenshot if you are facing any error

Users active

I can’t add them when adding by name I get an error that I sent earlier

I encountered the same problem in our confluence instance.. is there a solution already?

I copied the name from the client's card and was then able to add it to the space. Email search not working

The problem occurs every once in a while. Super annoying.

This problem occurs for me on 2 users, I can add anothers since I met this issues on these accounts. I don't see any errors in logs for these usernames.
