Hi
I tried to add a permission entry which has the Delete Own? checkmark set.
According to the doc, this should be removeowncontent.
So, I executed:
-a addPermissions --space TEST --group 'developer-confluence' --permissions 'VIEWSPACE, REMOVEOWNCONTENT, EDITSPACE, EDITBLOG, CREATEATTACHMENT, COMMENT, SETPAGEPERMISSIONS'
'REMOVEOWNCONTENT' is an invalid space permission.
Client error: 1 invalid space permission entries. Valid space permissions are: [VIEWSPACE, EDITSPACE, ARCHIVEPAGE, REMOVEPAGE, EDITBLOG, REMOVEBLOG, CREATEATTACHMENT, REMOVEATTACHMENT, COMMENT, REMOVECOMMENT, SETPAGEPERMISSIONS, EXPORTSPACE, SETSPACEPERMISSIONS]
I then retried, with just the "REMOVEOWNCONTENT" permission - to no avail.
It seems that the delete own flag is not part of the permission set supported by ACLI's addPermissions command.
Is that correct?
Hi @Peter Hochstrasser ,
based on Confluence CLI documentation (https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CSOAP/pages/68458373/addPermissions) REMOVEOWNCONTENT should be possible
If it doesn't work please contact the support team through https://appfire.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/11/user/login?destination=portal%2F11

Too bad that I haven't gotten an answer before.
I filed the ticket - would have done so immediately had I known AppFiire's ServiceDesk URL.
Thx anyway
Peter
