Hello community,
I am currently testing the migration server to cloud.
In the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant I get the following error message.
"Failed to read 4 attachment(s). Check the Confluence log file for more details."
I am not a technician but I think I have found the right log file:
C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\Confluence\logs\atlassian-confluence.log
I have also found a corresponding entry:

How can I find out which attachment (77137145) this is?
Thank you in advance for your answers.
Hi Markus,
I found this post that may help you if you are still experiencing issues: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/How-to-get-the-Jira-issue-ID-from-the-attachment-ID/qaq-p/1709777
Either way, I would suggest you contact Atlassian support directly for help if you have migration issues.
Good luck
Hi Fabian,
Thank you very much for your answer.
We have already successfully moved to the cloud in April 2021.
The Atlassian support was very helpful but the problem was not really solved.
I was able to work around the problem by manually exporting and importing the affected spaces. This way, the error did not occur, only with the assistant.
