Hello community,
i have tested successfully the app space sync (as space administrator) but other confluence users can't use this app even if they are space administrators.
The problem is that, when they try to go to the section app link, under the space setting, the app seems to not respond so they can't create new sync
Do you know solution for this problem?

For that sort of problems I recommend to directly connect with the vendor’s support. Usually, they’re quite responsive and eager to help (having our support team in mind)
Are you talking about Ricksoft‘s Space Sync app? If yes, you can contact their support here.

The issue has been resolved soon.
The problem was related to her particular network.
